Provide the Below :

  1. Do NOT bring your monitor
  2. DO bring only the computer box itself, keyboard, mouse. There is No need to bring power cables / cords.
  3. I do not service printers or monitors.
  4. Back up anything you do not want to lose ( emails, email address book, favorite web sites, documents, pictures, etc. ). We may need to format the hard drive
    ( meaning - it is wiped clean ).
  5. Other Items If You Have / Know Them :
  1. Device drivers if available
  2. Operating System Disks ( CD's) w/Product ID # ( Ex. Windows 98, Windows 2000, etc. )
  3. Antivirus Software
  4. Passwords ( for logon to Windows, internet access, email, etc. )
  5. Program CD's with their product ID #'s
  6. Quick Restore CD's if any
  7. Email Settings
  8. Internet Service Provider settings for dial-ups & email, passwords, phone # to connect to your ISP server
  9. Network Settings
